Description:
Execution as part of the investment task titled Thermal modernization of the building of the District Complex No. 2 of General Educational Schools of Sports and Technical Championships in Owicim, thermal modernization of the school building along with the construction of a photovoltaic installation in the design and build formula, i.e. preparation of documentation design and cost estimate and execution of construction works. A detailed description of the subject of the order and the conditions for the implementation of the works are set out in the annexes to the SWZ, i.e.: functional and utility program and energy audit, description of the subject of the order, draft provisions of the public procurement contract, which will be included in the content of this contract. The contractor is obliged, among others, to: to: carry out works in accordance with applicable regulations and taking into account all arrangements with the administrators of networks and devices existing in the area of works carried out; ensuring construction management at its own expense and work by persons with appropriate professional qualifications and authorizations to carry out work in particular specialties, in accordance with the subject of the order; conducting the Works in such a way as to ensure the entire order execution time without...
