Description:
A detailed description of the subject of the order is included in the functional and utility program constituting Annex No. 1 to this SWZ. The subject of the order includes thermal modernization works, in particular: - replacement of window joinery - replacement of door joinery with buildings - main and side entrance doors; - thermal modernization external walls; - replacement of the central heating boiler; - insulation of the ceiling above the top floor and the attic rooms in the attic. Basic parameters characteristic of the facility in question: Building parameters: usable area 2,608.40 m2. Existing installations in the building: - water. sewage - electric - ventilation gravity - central heating and domestic hot water own boiler room with a classless coal-fired boiler and hot water boilers - telephone and internet installation - lightning protection installation.
