Description:
The first part of the order covers the execution of construction works aimed at "Thermal modernization of the sports hall in Szkotowo. The scope of work includes, among others: 1. Thermal modernization of walls - including a) Mechanical cleaning and impregnation of the substrate (measures fungicides, priming preparations). b) Insulation using the light-wet method using graphite polystyrene and adhesive mortars. c) Construction of fiberglass mesh reinforcement and plaster base. d) Applying thin-layer silicone plaster on the walls i ocieach.2. Execution of new flashings: a) Installation of window sills made of galvanized sheet metal (width 25 cm). 3. Insulation of the flat roof by blowing in thermal insulation made of mineral wool granules 20 cm thick. 4. Replacement of window frames and installation of new windows side-hinged/tilt-and-hung made of PVC with a machined seat. 5. Replacement of wooden door joinery and installation of single-leaf aluminum doors with glazing. 6. Replacing the heat source by installing an air-to-water heat pump for central heating purposes. and C.W.U. with the set equipment. 7. Construction of a new hot water installation 8.
