- The subject of the order is the performance of construction works consisting in the thermal modernization of a sports hall located in Koniecpol at ul. Szkolna 17, with a ground-floor entrance area and a two-story cloakroom and sanitary facility. Thermal modernization includes insulation of foundation walls and walls external insulation, insulation of the roof of the sports hall made of sandwich panels and ventilated flat roofs of the cloakroom and sanitary facilities along with the necessary sheet metal work, replacement of window and door joinery, installation of external blinds to limit overheating of the hall, renovation of the entrance area including the execution of cladding from stoneware slabs, painting of metal elements - railings and steel roof structures, reconstruction of the band around the building, renovation of the lightning protection system, construction of a photovoltaic installation, replacement of fluorescent lamps with LED lamps, replacement of the central heating installation, assembly heat pump technology with tanks and a buffer, as well as construction of a hot water system.
