Description:
5.1. The subject of the public procurement procedure is thermal modernization of the Complex of Technical and General Education Schools in Agań at ul. Gimnazjalna 135.2. The remuneration must include all costs necessary to complete the full scope of the subject of the order specified in the ToR and annexes. to SWZ (including in the decision No. ZN.5142.18.2024 [mag] of May 13, 2024 of the Lubuskie Voivodeship Conservator of Monuments, as well as any other works necessary for the execution and proper operation of the subject of the order, including those resulting from geological and other conditions described in the documentation. 5.3. The detailed scope of works is specified in particular by: CONSTRUCTION DESIGNS, TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS FOR THE EXECUTION AND ACCEPTANCE OF THE WORKS.5.4. The works will be performed in an operational facility, therefore any construction works performed by the Contractor may not disturb the proper functioning of the school.5.5.
