Description:
1. The task involves the thermal modernization of the building of the village hall in Marcinki, including, among others: roof insulation, replacement of external windows and doors, and replacement of lighting. The investment is located in Marcinki on a plot with registration number 335. The village hall building was built using traditional brick technology with double-layer walls. The facility is not entered in the register of monuments. Currently, the plot is covered with a village hall building, it is partially paved, and there is a green area on the plot.2. The detailed scope of the order is set out in Annex No. 1 - documentation design. Underestimation, omission and failure to recognize the scope of the subject matter of the contract cannot be the basis for requesting a change in price, which should be treated as a lump sum.3. The bill of quantities attached to this SWZ is of an auxiliary nature, and any elements of the works resulting from the design not included in it cannot be constitutes the basis for the Contractor to demand additional remuneration. The basis for preparing the valuation should be the scope of works included in the construction design, the technical specification of the execution and acceptance of the works, the specification of the terms of the order and the provisions decide...
