Description:
1. The subject of the order is the thermal modernization of the building of the Volunteer Fire Department station in Kobylin - in accordance with the assumptions and guidelines contained in the procedure documents with annexes. 2. A detailed description of the subject of the order is Appendix No. 1 to the SWZ, which includes: a) Bills of quantities, b) Technical specifications, STWiOR, c) Designs, Drawings d) Other documents specifying the subject of the order, including arrangements and provisions.3. The scope of the order includes: - renovation of the facade; - replacement of windows and doors; - replacement of the roof covering; - replacement of gutters and downspouts.4. Contractor obliged is also to perform a final energy audit to verify whether the work performed allows for achieving the energy effects specified in the procedure documents.5. The Ordering Party reserves the right to describe the subject of the order by reference to standards, technical assessments and technical specifications and technical reference systems referred to in Art. 101 section 1 point 2 and section 3 of the Act, allows solutions equivalent to those described, and such a reference is accompanied by the words "or equivalent" even despite the possible lack of a phrase in the content of the description item...
