The subject of the order is: Thermal modernization of the XXXV LO building at ul. Zwycięzcow 7/9 as part of the task Improving the energy efficiency of educational institutions in the capital city. Warszawie-range 2. The aim of the investment is to improve the energy efficiency of the building, the living conditions in the building and the technical condition technical installations and insulation of the roof and foundation walls, in particular securing the basement level against the inflow of stormwater.2. The scope of renovation works includes: replacement of all windows and external doors, insulation and replacement of roof coverings, and insulation of basement and foundation walls along with repair the plinth zone of the building. In terms of installation, it is planned to replace the central heating installation and lighting fixtures. The scope of work does not include the renovation of the building's facade (apart from the indicated elements), which is covered by a separate study.
