Description:
1) The subject of the fall is the performance of the task entitled Thermomodernization and reconstruction of the Golub-Dobrza supervisory office building. In the formula, design and build, including in the: a) technical and executive documentation on the basis of: functional and usage program (also as PFU), project architectural and construction and building permit obtained by the Ordering Employer, Penteen of Author's Supervision (within a period not up to 1 month from the date of the contract) b) construction of construction works consisting in thermomodernization and reconstruction of the existing administrative and office building Golub-Dobrze supervisory (within the period not to 12 months from the date of the contract). The scope of work includes the performance of, among others external and foundation,- insulation of flat roofs,- replacement of window and door joinery,- replacement of water-sewage installations, electrical,, Teletechnical,- replacement of central heating installation and hot water Including a new RDA, leaving the existing oil cat,- buildings of the supply-supply mechanical ventilation,- development of air conditioning installations,- entrance reconstruction (STAPW),- adaptation of the ground floor ...
