- The subject of the fall is thermomodernization of buildings 4a, 4b and Czarnik Court Komr in DBKK. Declaration covers the renovation of two obstructed facilities, i.e. building 4a and 4b and the third smaller facility in the form of a tanks for a historic manor house. In addition, the investment task applies to two small onesfacilities, i.e. the outbuilding for waste and the Trafo station. Therefore, the renovation includes 5 facilities.
