Description:
1 Harcerska 12 in Jastrzbi-Zdroj in accordance with permission to structure No. 186/2024 of 24.07.2024. (AR.6740.157.2024) and renovation of educational rooms. a) Thermomodernization includes, among others: insulation of the external wall of the building, replacement of window and door joinery, foundation insulation, flat roof insulation, replacement of central heating installation Introduction of mechanical ventilation and air conditioning, replacement of electrical installation. b) Renovation of educational rooms (implemented as part of the professional workshop No. 4 in Jastrzbie-Zdroj) It includes, among others: floors of floors, electrical installations, work on the finish of the cian, ceilings. The cost estimates will be purchased in a separate job. The description of the subject of the skew cost estimates looms,- technical specification of construction and collection of construction robes (STWIOR)- planned contractual provisions.
