Description:
1. The subject of the contract is the design and thermomodernization of the building of the Complex of Economic and Commerce Schools No. 2 in Olsztyn in the formula "Design and build" and with other construction works, based on design documentation developed by the Contractor in accordance with the requirementsspecified in the functional and utility program developed in April 2025 by Studio-Projekt, the author's architectural studio S.C. Piotr Mikulski-Bąk Anna Mikulska-Bąk based in Olsztyn at ul. Jodłowa 7a, 10-164 Olsztyn constituting Annex 8 to SWZ.
Pfu was developed onon the basis of the energy audit made, local vision, building design documentation, archival documentation and technical and exploitation data.
2. The order is awarded in parts, each of which will be the subject of separate proceedings, in accordance with the rules specifiedIn art. 91 para. 1 of the PZP Act.
3. A detailed description of the subject of the contract and its size and scope are specified in the specification of the terms of the contract and in the attachments to SWZ.
