Description:
1. The subject of the contract is the design and thermomodernization of the building of the Electronic and Telecommunications School Complex in Olsztyn at ul. Baltic 37A in the formula "Design and build" and other construction works, based on project documentation developed by the Contractor According to the requirements set out in the functional and utility program developed in April 2025 by "Studio-Projekt" the original architectural studio S.C. Piotr Mikulski-Bąk Anna Mikulska-Bąk constituting Annex 8 to SWZ. PFU was developed on the basis of an energy audit, local vision, archival design documentation of the building and technical and exploitation data.
