The subject of the order is: 1) construction works consisting in the thermal modernization of the existing building of the gymnasium of Primary School No. 4 in Zibice, 2) reconstruction of rooms, ramps for the disabled and a wall with a fence in the design and build mode based on the program functional and utility program, 3) construction of a photovoltaic installation on the roof of the building in the design and build mode based on the functional and utility program, 2. Investment location: ul. Zamkowa 31; 57-200 Zibice; plot no. 825 registration district 0001 Zibice west; registration unit 022406_4 Zibice city; Zbkowice County; Lower Silesian Voivodeship.3.
