4.1. The subject of the fall is thermomodernization of the building of the hospital clinic at the island sp. Treasury 2.4.2. Material scope of the object of the sort of work implemented in the design and build formula, and is divided into 2 (two) of the implementation, which includes: 1)CZ 1 Development of project documentation and formal and legal documentation, obtaining necessary decisions and agreeing together with a formal and legal document entitling to implement construction works (in mind the provisions of PFU, including the requirements for applying the DNSH principle on the basis of regulationdelegated EC 2021/2139- and access standard on the basis of the guidelines of the Minister of Funds and Regional Policy regarding the implementation of ripping principles under EU funds for 2021-2027 for thermomodernization projects) .2).by the contractor of the project and progress of the formal and legal and legal documents enabling their implementation and on the principles described in the projectcontracts.
