Aliantw 5 in Zbkowice lskieBased on the PFU entitled: Thermal modernization of a residential building in Zbkowice lskie at Aliantw 5 Street, all construction works planned in the PFU should be obtained as required decisions, resolutions, opinions and consents, arrangements, etc., with the Contractor independently deciding on the type of formal and legal documents necessary to obtain and on which works require obtaining a building permit and which are exempt obligation to obtain it and for whom there is an obligation to report the works. The contractor will, in particular, obtain all arrangements, opinions and administrative decisions required under Polish law necessary to perform construction works, commissioning and handing over facility for use.
