The subject of the order is the development of complete design documentation and then the performance of construction and assembly works for the building at Peczyska 4, 99-220 Wartkowice, located on plot No. 221/3 of the Peczyska surveying area - hereinafter also referred to as the facility.2. The subject of the order in scope design work includes:2.1. development of complete technical documentation in accordance with the Regulation of the Minister of Development of September 11, 2020 on the detailed scope and form of the construction project (Journal of Laws of 2022, item 1679) with the following scope: 2.1.1. architectural and construction projects for all industries 5 copies; 2.1.2. technical designs for all industries 5 copies; 2.1.3. technical specifications for the execution and acceptance of works separately for each industry, 1 copy;2.1.4. bills of quantities and investor cost estimates separately for each industry, 1 copy;2.2. providing the Ordering Party with a version electronic complete study for each object separately, 1 copy,2.3. obtaining all necessary decisions, arrangements and permits to carry out the works covered by the subject of the order.2.4. conducting consultations and arrangements by the Contractor with Ordering parties...
