Description:
The subject of the investment is thermomodernization of the Primary School facility at ul. Father Semraua 44 in Osu in Dziaki with 3/1 and 4/1 record numbers. The facility is running from two buildings that adhere to each other. Building No. 1, visited with a thermomodernization project is a building built in the 90s of the 20th century.It is a one -story building with a worship basement. Primary school didactic rooms in the building. Building No. 2 is not subject to thermo -modernization and does not constitute the subject of the investment. It is still armed with Peni, it has: telecommunications, electricity, water, water, watersewage and car. The building was completed by the study included in low buildings N (high up to 12.0 m). Building area: 1200.07 m2. CAKOWITA area: 1304.79m2. Use area: 1095.26 m2.
