Description:
The subject of the fall is the thermomodernization of the historic town hall building located at pl. Bolesawa Chrobrego 1 in Kodzku together with companions. All floors are currently intended for public utility rooms. The scope of work does not apply to changes in the currenthow to use the building. The scope of the fall includes pene construction processes with all subtituting, construction and finishing works (also with removal of collisions with previously installed devices in air conditioners, Poar signaling system, computer network system),Along with the purchase, delivery to the construction site, built -in material and office, and removal from the construction site and utilization of materials from the surge and waste, as well as the purchase, delivery, installation and start -up of the equipment, which is associated with construction works. The scope of planned ROBT includesConstruction works as part of the thermo -modernization of the building resulting from the thermomodernization audit and project documentation as well as other unusual works in the thermomodernization audit described inSWZ.
