Description:
1. The subject of the contract is thermomodernization of the "Repty" buildings of the Upper Silesian Rehabilitation Center General Jerzy Ziętek in Tarnowskie Gory as part of an investment task financed from the budget of the Śląskie Voivodeship entitled: "Comprehensive modernization and adaptation of" Repty "facilitiesGornośląskie Rehabilitation Center for them General Jerzy Ziętek in Tarnowskie Gory for the requirements to be met by rooms and devices of the entity performing medical activities together with the modernization of the fire, water and sewage system, electrical installation, along with the installation of energy -savingThe lighting system as well as the replacement of window and door joinery - stage I ".
2. The following will consist in the execution of construction works in the facade of the pavilion B (all 4 pages), the facade of the eastern pavilion A, the roof of the pavilion B and the accompanying works.thermal insulation of the facade from foamed polystyrene boards and/or rock wool boards (obligatory replacement of the entire thickness of insulation for rock wool at the places of fire zones borders);
b) the thermal insulation and waterproofing of the underground parts of the building using XPS polystyrene;
c) ceiling thermal insulationAbove the last floor heated in the attic space of the ventilated using rock wool panels;
d) the waterproofing of the roof slopes;
