A brief description of the subject of the order: The subject of the order is to perform thermomodernization of residential buildings in Rybnik - Boguszowice and Niedobczyce together with the change of heat sources. Task 1: Thermomodernization of the building at ul. Cadets 4 together with the change of heat sources, the material scope of the subject: 1. General construction works: 1) demolition works of window and door joinery, 2) wall and ceiling warming works (a new design of the façade color has been included. The contractor should take into account new colors of elevation, window sills, drain pipes, external doors with gluing staircase without execution Visible graphics and subtitles), 3) Insulation works of cellar walls, 4) Installation of window and door joinery, 5) Accompanying and cleaning works, 6) Export and disposal of materials from Daution.2.
