- 1. The order of the contract includes:
1) thermomodernization of the SZ ZS and PKS building ul. Botaniczna 54 Including:
ο roofs related to building insulation,
ο sanitary internal installation - central heating,
ο installation of ventilation,
ο photovoltaic and lightning protection,
ο electrical installations
ο selection of LED lighting fittings,
ο finishing and paintings;
2) thermomodernization of the ZS and PKS school building ul. Botaniczna 58 Including:
ο demolition of building insulation,
ο sanitary internal installations - C.O.,
ο Installation of ventilation,
ο installationphotovoltaic and lightning protection,
ο electrical installations of the fire protection,
ο having lighting luminaires for LED and finishing and painting works.
2. The detaching description of the subject of the contract is included in Annex I.2 ββto SWZ and
in the documents referred to in point 3.4. Swz.
3. The objectOrders should be completed in accordance with the design documentation and technical specifications for the execution and acceptance of works contained in Annex I.4 to SWZ.
4. In Annex I.4 to SWZ, there were also issues of works. The contracting authority informs that the abovementioned Indeeds of works only a documentAuxiliary - the quantities given in the prejudice are not the basis for the valuation of the subject of the contract for the Contractor, but only aim to determine the technology of performing works.
