A brief description of the subject of the contract: 1. The subject of the order is the task of the pn. Thermomodernization of the UMT building at ul. FaĊata 39 in ToruĊ ". 2. The subject of the contract includes The following work scope: 1) External and accompanying works, i.e. Demolition of the old surface, execution of the band around the building, arranging the pavement from the concrete block, repair of the resistance wall, 2) Warming of foundations of styrodur, vertical insulation, film protection, 3) Warming of external walls mineral wool, finished with a mineral plaster and painting with silicate paint, 4) insulation of the ceiling with a mineral wool granulate and covering twice a thermo-welded papell along with glazing and machining, assembly of the roofs over the entrance, replacement of chimney covers, fire refurbishment, air conditioners, 5) dismantling old and assembly of the new window and door carpentry, 6) Work inside rooms consisting in painting walls and ceilings and adjusting to fire requirements EI 30 via cladding from CDs, 7) Performing a photovoltaic installation on the roof of the building, 8) ... - Documents:
