Brief description of the subject of the contract: The subject of the contract is the implementation of the task entitled Thermal modernization of the Volunteer Fire Brigade building in Przybysawice, The task includes the following scope of works: I Elevations, 1) insulation of 15 cm polystyrene and finishing with plaster, 2) insulation of linings with 2 cm polystyrene, 3) replacement of flashing, gutters, 1.1. Southern front elevation: 1) Replacement of doors (2 pcs.), 2) Replacement of external lighting, 3) Replacement of electrical boxes on the facade, 4) Balcony: - chipping off the tiles, - design of the balcony surface with epoxy resin, - replacement of the balustrade, - replacement of the surface of the flat roof over the garage, - new pedestal on the building at the balcony level, 1.2. Western façade, 1) Wooden windows to be replaced, 2) Removal of window grilles, 3) Replacement of the roof over the entrance, 4) Replacement of doors, 1.3. Northern elevation, 1) Replacement of wooden windows, 2) Removal of the grille, II Levels, 2.1. Ground floor:, 1) Installation of 3 radiators in exchange for gas stoves, 2) Installation of an additional central heating radiator in the social and utility room, 3) Replacement of lighting with LED, 2.2.
