Description:
Subject of this sketch S thermomodernization works and replacement of joinery in the fire station of OSP Jadwiyn. This work will be carried out on the basis of the prepared energy audit of the building. As a result of the energy audit carried out, it was found that the building in the existing state does not require it in the existing state. The scope of thermal insulation of construction partitions specified in the regulation of the Minister of Development and Technology of April 12, 2002 on the technical conditions to be the buildings and their location (Journal of Laws 2022 item 1225). As part of the study, a technical and construction inventory was carried out, including: measurement and assessments of the technical condition of construction processes (external cutting, flat roofs, podoga on the ground), technical analysis of window and door joinery (internal and external), assessments of the installation system: central heating, preparation of hot utility water and gravitational ventilation, assessments of existing RDA Ciepa and technical devices in the Kotownia.
