Description:
1) The subject of the order is civil liability insurance of PSE SA related to its business activities and property. 2) The order is divided into four Packages, i.e.: a) package I - civil liability insurance general; b) package II - surplus insurance and general liability insurance; c) package III - surplus insurance II general liability insurance; d) package IV - liability insurance environmental 3) Description of the ordering party's needs and characteristic features of the subject of the order and minimum requirements regarding the subject of the order/contract implementation, non-negotiable, which must be met by all offers, are specified in Part II OPIW, however, at the stage of announcing the contract, a shortened description of the needs and requirements of the contract will be made available - in accordance with the provisions of Art. 18 of the Public Procurement Law. Acting pursuant to Art. 381 section 9 and 133 section 3 of the Act, the Ordering Party establishes the requirements regarding maintaining the confidential nature of information provided to Contractors during the proceedings. The following parts of the OPIW are confidential: - Part II OPIW - Description of the subject of the contract; - Part IV OPIW Draft provisions of the contract.
