- Brief description of the subject of the order: 1. The subject of the order is the supply of tires in size 395x85xR20 for vehicles of the Military Fire Service in the 33rd BLTr in Powidz, 2. The contractor is obliged to deliver the subject of the contract in accordance with Annex No. 2 to SWZ (price offer form), personally or by authorizationan official employee of the Contractor to the Recipient, specified in section 3 of the contract, and unload the airport infrastructure service in the warehouse at his own expense and risk. The qualitative and quantitative acceptance of the subject of the contract will take place in the airport infrastructure warehouse. The subject of the contract will be collected at from 8.00-13.00from Monday to Friday, excluding holidays. 3. The Contractor will notify the Ordering Party about the delivery date by electronic correspondence sent to the e-mail address indicated in section 3 of the contract at least 3 days before the planned delivery date.
