Krkts description of the subject of the skew: 1. The subject of the plan is to conduct an audit of Mikki competences and the training needs of the Municipal Office in Przemyl in the field of Mikki skills. The contractor includes :, 1) conducting an examination of the needs of employees and employer (City Office in Przemyl) in the scope of key Mikki competences requiring improvement; 2) developing a catalog of key competences required at a given workplace;, 3) developing a report on the competence audit employees and the training needs of employees; 4) developing a model management system of Mikki competences;, 5) developing the scope of the school for employees and management staff of the Municipal Office in Przemyl in order to disseminate the institutional capacity and local administration of the administration and raising the quality of the experienced services and developing at least 5 Training programs in agreed with ordering areas; 6) pilot implementation of the Mikki competence system by selecting and indicating (based on conducted research) participants of the 8th school referred to in stage VI; 7) developing a multimedia form of training in the field of new approach. ..
