Description:
3.1. The subject of the order is the implementation of an investment project titled: Tourist service building, community center, along with land development and technical infrastructure in the town of Pawko. 3.2. The scope of works for the task includes: 1) preparation of the investment site with securing the construction site for the duration of the task, 2) construction of a community center building with a built-up area of 238.04 m2 along with internal installations on plot no. 116 rev. possibly Pawko, 3) construction of external water and sewage installations and connections. and the inner line supply,4) construction and installation of a drainless double-walled tank with a capacity of 5 m3,5) construction and installation of a liquefied gas tank installation,6) hardening of the area and parking spaces with auricular concrete slabs filled with chernozem and sown grass on a foundation of crushed aggregate 0/31.5 C50/30, mechanically stabilized, 25 cm thick and sand 10 cm thick, 7) construction of a place for waste (farm yard), in accordance with the design documentation, 8) accompanying land development plots as part of which should be performed: a) leveling, topsoiling and grassing the entire surface of plot no. 116, b) dismantling and...
