Shakes description of the subject of the Claw: 1. The subject of the fall is a review, calibration and other service activities regarding the system for rpotional radiotherapy calculating with: 1) apparatus for rpotive radiation therapy Iort Intrabeam, manufacturer Zeiss (factory No. 6402100907, type: PRS500), containing RDO XRS 50 KV X-ray ,, 2) ionization chamber ,, 3) dosimeter, used in the operating block of oncological surgery, in the West Pomeranian Oncology Center at ul. Strzaowska 22 in Szczecin., 2. The work performed as part of the subject of the pollight rely on maintaining the technical and functional efficiency of the system, with the cigonia of its work and include in puppies :, 1) periodic calibration and technical inspections along with its elements in accordance with the requirements manufacturer, in puppies:, a) Review and calibration of RDA XRS 50 KV X-ray once in 12 months, three times during the contract ,, B) Review and calibration of the ionization chamber once in a 24 m- Cy (second year of the contract), once during the period of the contract,, c) review and calibration of the dosimeter once in 24 months, (second year of the contract), once during the contract, 2) preparations. ..
