Brief description of the subject of the order: 1. The subject of the order is the supply of a medicinal product called desflurane together with the lease of vaporizers, specified in detail in Annex No. 1 and No. 2 to this ToR., 2. The place of delivery, bringing and unloading of the desflurane medicinal product is the ZAMA Hospital Pharmacy.WIAJCY in Szczecin, at ul. Strzaowska 22 in the building of the Breast Cancer Diagnostics and Therapy Center (access from Rolna Street), 3. The place of lease of specific devices (evaporators), along with their prior assembly and commissioning, is the Operating Block at the Department of Oncological Surgery ORDERINGGO in Szczecin, at ul. Strzaowska 22., 4. The subject of the delivery is a medicinal product called desflurane, CPV 33661100-2, and the conditions for the execution of the order should be in accordance with the Act of September 6, 2001. Pharmaceutical law (Journal of Laws 2022.2301, consolidated text) and other applicable legal provisions in this arearesie., 5.
