Description:
1. The subject of the contract is:
a) developing two separate multi-branch documentation of design and coster thermomodernization (including insulation), renovation (renovation), reconstruction and change in the way of use with the implementation of the design of construction equipment for construction facilities located in Gdańsk at:
St. Wojciech 273 - Journal of Laws 113, precinct 0109,
Zagorna 5 - plot No. 343/2 and fragments of plots: 345/8, 343/4, precinct 065,
b) Development of two separate documentation for the design and scoping of geodetic plots with no.
-113, precinct 0109,
-343/2 and fragments of plots: 345/8, 343/4, precinct 065,
-processing project and cost documentation for the demolition of an outbuilding located at ul. St. Wojciech 273 on the land plot No. 113, rev. 0109,
d) obtaining decisions administrative for conducting construction works from the competent architectural and building administration body, enabling the start of construction works by the Ordering Party,
e) execution of a one -off update of investor cost estimates,
f) Performing author's supervision in the scope of:
-The confidence in progress performing construction works compliance with the project,
-the possibility of introducing replacement solutions in relation to those provided for in the project and reported by the construction manager or investor supervision inspector and in accordance with the concluded contract.
