• Description:
• 1. The subject of the order is to carry out a traffic study together with the development of a traffic model for the Olsztyn Functional Urban Area. The main goal of conducting traffic research and developing a traffic model for the Olsztyn Functional Urban Area is obtaining current and reliable data on the travel of residents of Olsztyn and the communes of its functional area and preparing an up-to-date traffic model using this data. These data must include all trips made by respondents indicated dates, on weekdays, during morning and afternoon rush hours, both by individual and collective transport. The ordering party divided the order execution into two stages: 1) Stage I: a) methodological preparation b)survey research in households, c) road traffic measurement, d) measurement of passenger traffic, e) test report. 2) Stage II: a) traffic model and forecasts, b)implementation of the acquired data into macrosimulation software, c) acquisition and delivery of the so-called data Big Date d) report on model construction and traffic forecasts. The detailed scope of the service is specified in the Description of the subject of the Order constituting Appendix No. 8 to the SWZ, and the Draft Provisions of the Agreement constituting Appendix No. 7 to the SWZ.
