Detailed description of the subject of the order: group classes: 6 groups, 2 hours each. each group, in a group of 10 people, from Monday to Thursday, number of participants: 60 people (6 groups: 10 people/1 group), the participants of the training will be employees of the District Labor Office in Inowrocaw, the aim of the training is to acquire skills and knowledge about threats to the musculoskeletal system and possibilities of reducing them. The skills acquired during the training are aimed at learning exercises that help relieve pain and learn correct postures and relaxation methods for the spine. You will learn relaxation techniques and stretching exercises impact on the regeneration of muscles and joints after a long day of work, the detailed training schedule must be agreed with the Ordering Party, the Contractor will issue a document confirming the completion of training/acquiring competences in the form of certificate/certificate.
