Description:
CZ 1: Building relationships with the Customer's object is the training: Building relationships with clients for 40 students of ZSEI in the department as part of the project entitled Towards Europe, co -financed from the RODKW European Social Fund Plus under the Regional Program, European Funds for Dzki for 2021 2027. As part of the training, building relationships with the client is obliged to develop a training program, which will be aimed at: developing the skills of participants in the area of partner building of partnerships, successful relations with clients. Familiarization with the methods and techniques for building a good customer experience, which will contribute to the settlement of greater sales, a larger number of positive opinions, as well as a larger voltage of permanent clients and deadline: conducting training in the dimension of 32 hours for 40 participants in 4 groups within 4 groups from the date of signing the contract until April 30, 2027
