CZ 1 Vocational training with permissions3. As part of the implementation of the subject of the Claw, the contractor is obliged to: 1) conducting the training in accordance with the framework training program indicated in OPZ2) providing the conducting staff of the training that is a special requirement indicated in OPZ4. Keeping documentation withthe course of the training: A. Program taking into account the minimum: names, czn numbers, duration and way of the organization, place of implementation, names and surname of the person conducting the person, targets, description of the learning outcomes, the outline of the Zabste, method, method and forms of pass, b. Schedule of taking into accountMinimum: date and place of implementation, names, names and surname of the crops and the hours of implementation.
