Description:
1. The subject of the order is to provide training services to participants as part of the implementation of the project entitled: Social Integration Center Invest in yourself in Ogrodziec. The service will be provided at the headquarters of the Social Integration Center in Ogrodziec, hereinafter referred to as the Center, in opening hours of the Center.2. The scope of the service includes: Part No. 1 Career counseling services (222 clock hours): a) 30 hours in the first month of the service (initial diagnosis), b) 16 hours a month in the subsequent months of the project implementation. Obligations of the career counselor: a) conducting individual and group career counseling, b) diagnosing and determining professional predispositions and development paths of participants, c) preparing competence balances, d) cooperation with the Center's specialists, e) conducting workshops (job search, self-presentation, entrepreneurship), f) cooperation with employers in terms of employment and internships. Requirements for a career counselor: a) higher education in a specific field or possession of a certificate/certificate authorizing him to work as a counselor, b) at least 2 years of professional experience in the field of counseling factory...
