• Description:
• 1. The subject of the order is the implementation of workshops/training/specialized courses for students enabling them to obtain and supplement professional qualifications taking into account the challenges of Economy 4.0 and the Circular Economy. Training is carried out as part of the project "Vocational training for the needs of Economy 4.0 and the Circular Economy", No. FEPD.08.02-IZ.00-0005/24, co-financed by the European Funds for Podlaskie 2021-2027 program from the European Social Fund PLUS. The project is implemented by a partnership consisting of: - Białystok Functional Area Association - Leading Partner, - Białystok Personnel Training Foundation, - City of Białystok, - Białystok County. During the execution of the order by the Contractor is obliged to comply - to the extent related to the execution of the order - with the relevant legal regulations of the European Union, in particular the rules regarding the eligibility of expenses, personal data protection (GDPR) and horizontal rules equal opportunities and non-discrimination, including accessibility for people with disabilities. 2. The order is divided into 14 parts. 3. A detailed description of the subject of the contract in each part (I - XIV) is included in Annex No. 1a to the SWZ - Description Subject of the Order (OPZ). 4.
