Description:
4.1 The subject of the order is the transfer of ownership of VoIP telephones (Voice over Internet Protocol) to the Ordering Party - the Ministry of State Assets. The subject of the order will be implemented successively as part of partial deliveries of products, made within 3 business days from the date of submission. The Contractor's request sent to the Contractor's e-mail address. In the request, the Ordering Party will specify the number and type of products ordered. The ordering party expects the order to be completed in the following stages: - approx. 75% of the number of telephones ordered in 2025 - approx. 25% of the number of telephones ordered in 2025 2026. The telephones are to be delivered to the Ordering Party's registered office and presented by the Contractor for collection in a way that allows for the assessment of their compliance with the contract. The telephones are to be packed in their original packaging. The packaging must be intact, have protection measures applied by the manufacturer and have identification marks product, in particular the product's trademark and the product's manufacturer's brand.
