Description:
1. The subject of the contract is the transformation of Przedsiębiorstwo Usług Komunalnych
in Kolno in a highly effective heating system, in particular:
Stage and
1) designing an installation equipped with water boilers with forest biomass with nominal power of 8.0 MWT + 3.0 MWT with dedicated electrofiltrs, a common heat recovery system from exhaust gas condensation and accompanying infrastructure,
2) obtaining the necessary decisions, arrangements, including building permits,
Stage II
1) execution of demolition works,
2) Construction of two water boilers with 8 MWT and 3 MWT power equipped with common heat recovery systems from exhaust gas condensation and electrostatic,
3) construction of a basic covered biomass magazine (wood chip) along with a movable floor,
4) construction of an auxiliary unhappy biomass magazine,
5) delivery and assembly of boilers,
6) Delivery and assembly of the purification system and flue gas discharge,
7) Supply and installation of technological installations, in particular the pump system, fittings, pipelines, water treatment plants
8) delivery and assembly of electrical installations and acpia,
9) modernization of the SN/NN transformer station and equipping it with a power generator with a system Shy
10) Construction of technical infrastructure, in particular: rainwater sewage system, water and sewage connections, external lighting, video monitoring, road and pedestrians, connections of the new technological system with existing installation ...
