- On behalf of the Office of Technical Inspection, we invite all reliable contractors to submit offers for transparent vertical conference badge cases. For use at conferences for UDT customers, quantity 2,500 pcs. We would like to inform you that we anticipate the possibility conducting the second stage of this procedure (negotiations), in the form of a request for quotation. We reserve that the procedure may end with the offer not being selected if the estimated funds are exceeded. The ordering party requires: - number of case pieces: PLN 2,500. Dimensions: External dimensions approx.: 10x16 cm (+/- 1 cm) PVC foil - delivery: cost and organization of transport on the supplier's side, - payment terms: 21 days from receipt of the invoice, - completion date: from the date of signing the order to January 30, 2026, - deadline validity period of the offer is: 60 days, - we do not allow offers for substitutes.
