Description:
1. The subject of the order is the transport and management of waste fractions generated at the ZZO in Wólka Rokicka in 2026. 2. The Ordering Party, in accordance with Art. 91 section 1 of the Public Procurement Act allows the submission of partial offers divided into 3 parts, as follows below: 2.1. Part 1 of the order - Transport and waste management code: 19 05 99, 2.2. Part 2 of the order - Transport and management of waste with code: 19 12 04 or 19 12 12, 2.3. Part 3 of the order - Transport and waste management with code: 19/12/04 or 19/12/12. Transport and management of waste code: 19 05 99 1. The subject of the order includes: 1) The order includes collection from the Ordering Party's installation and transporting waste with code: 19 05 99 to the target installation in the quantity specified in order. 2) 19 05 99 - waste subjected to the oxygen stabilization process with an organic carbon content of up to 20% of dry matter, AT4 value below 10 mg O2/g dry matter, loss on ignition of the stabilizer less than 35%. Solid waste, unstable in which it does not occur biological processes. 3) Solid waste may contain mineral impurities: glass, stones, ceramics, plastics, textiles, bag components remaining after sifting. 4) The waste meets the storage and management conditions specified in Regulation of the Minister of Economy of July 16, 2015 on allowing waste to be stored in landfills (Journal of Laws of 2015, item 1277), the ordering party has a waste safety data sheet and...
