Description:
1. The procedure concerns the award of a public contract for the provision of transport and pick-up services for children in the Kodawa commune in the school year 2025/2026.2. The service includes transport and pick-up of children by bus with care provided to schools: Primary School No. 2. Biaych Grnikw in Kodawa, Primary School No. 1 them. w. John Paul II in Kodawa, Primary School. Gen. Tadeusz Kutrzeba in Bierzwienna Duga, Kindergarten No. 1. Jan Brzechwa in Kodawa.3. In the event of temporary closure of educational institutions due to e.g. an ongoing epidemic or other unforeseen random events, an order during this period will not be will be implemented. The order will be processed only on school days, i.e. on days when school classes are held on the premises of the educational facility (this does not apply to days when educational facilities are closed and learning is carried out remotely).4. The estimated length of the daily route is approximately 368 km.5. IN in the case of hybrid learning, caused by the guidelines of the Minister of Education and Science (independent of the ordering party), the ordering party reserves the right to reduce the minimum number of kilometers during the day. 6.
