Description:
1. The subject of the contract is a service covering transportation and pick-up of disabled students living in the Sawkw commune to and from schools, kindergartens, centers in Dbrowa Grnicza, Bdzin and Katowice in 2026. 2. A detailed description of the subject of the order is included in Annex No. 4 to SWZ. 3. The Ordering Party requires the contractor or subcontractor to employ, on the basis of an employment relationship, persons performing the activities indicated below during the execution of the order: persons driving vehicles (driving vehicles). 4. Employment referred to above no applies to: 1) natural persons running sole proprietorships who will independently carry out the subject of the contract within the scope of activities specified by the Ordering Party; 2) partners of partnerships and capital companies who will independently perform work in scope of activities specified by the Ordering Party.5. Ordering party pursuant to Art. 100 paragraph 1 of the Public Procurement Act requires that the services provided enable free and safe movement of disabled people (the method of providing the service should ensure full accessibility and safety of these people). 6.
