Description:
The subject of the order is the transport, assembly, commissioning, comprehensive operation and dismantling of an artificial seasonal ice rink, along with the rental of a roof, located at ul. constituting Annex No. 2 to the SWZ, which will be Annex No. 1 to the contract; from the social clause 1) In the proceedings in question, the contracting authority applies the social clause pursuant to Art. 2) The Contractor undertakes to ensure that activities related to the operation and comprehensive service of the ice rink during its availability to users, i.e. from December 1, 2025 to March 1, 2026, will be performed by persons employed under an employment contract within the meaning of the Labor Code, by the Contractor or Subcontractor. referred to in art. nr ...
