- The subject of the order is to provide transport related to the delivery of children and students to schools and educational institutions in the Fabianki commune. The route covers the following route: home school home, in accordance with the Act of December 14, 2016, Education Law (Journal of Laws of 2025, item 1043, as amended). Item the order will be fulfilled through the purchase of personalized school monthly tickets on the basis of the provisions of the Act of June 20, 1992 on the entitlement to discounted travel in public transport (Journal of Laws of 2024, item 902). The settlement of the service covered by these proceedings will take place will be based on the number of monthly tickets issued. The ordering party will provide the contractor with name lists of students provided by educational units by the 20th day of the month preceding the month for which the demand is determined (in advance). Transport will be carried out on school days from January 1 2026 until December 31, 2026, excluding holidays, vacations, Christmas breaks, days off from classes and days on which classes will not be held due to the introduction of distance learning or another form of teaching that does not require transport of students ...
