- 1. The subject of the order is the transport of children with disabilities living in the Targowek District of the Capital City of Warsaw. Warsaw to schools and educational institutions on the home-school-home route in 2026-2027.
2. The subject of the order includes:
1) benefit in the period from January 1, 2026 to December 31, 2027. transport service for transporting children with disabilities living in the Targowek District of the Capital City of Warsaw Warsaw to primary and secondary schools and other institutions listed in Art. 2 points 7 of the Act of December 14, 2016 Education Law (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2025, item 1043, as amended) on the home-school-home route, including providing care during transport.
2) The transport service is provided in accordance with the provisions of § 1 of the contract, i.e. in accordance with the calendar of the school year 2025/2026, 2026/2027 and 2027/2028 and also takes into account the winter and summer holidays and other breaks during the school year.
3) The contractor is obliged to provide transport:
a) children with disabilities adapted for this purpose in appropriately marked cars, with current technical inspections, heated passenger space and a current third party liability and personal accident insurance policy. Seats must be equipped with seat belts, have high backrests for passengers or backrests with headrests. Transport must be carried out by cars:
