Description:
1. The subject of the order is the transportation of children to educational institutions in the Pako commune on school days in the period from January 1, 2026 to December 31, 2026, based on personal monthly tickets. The delivery covers 4 institutions: 1) Primary School. Ewaryst Estkowskiego in Pakoć,2) Primary School them. Greater Poland Uprising in Pakoć,3) Municipal Kindergarten in Pakoć,4) Complex of Educational Facilities in Kocielec.2. The order will be processed on all school days, excluding winter breaks, public holidays, summer break, days when school is closed, and days when it is not possible to performance of the contract due to circumstances related to the epidemic, including, among others, the COVID-19 virus, acts of war, and in the event of the introduction of distance learning. In the event of completing school classes on another day free from classes, the Contractor is obliged to provide transportation and pick-up of children, in accordance with with the timetable established by the Ordering Party. 3.
