Description:
The subject of the order includes transport without medical supervision of patients (lying, in wheelchairs, walking, including patients with infectious diseases) for dialysis and recovery after dialysis in the area of Ostrowiecwitokrzyski and the surrounding area, specified in Annex No. 1 to the specification.2. How many dialysis sessions per month, 1 patient undergoes approximately 12 or 14 dialysis sessions (24-28 intake and withdrawal courses). The patient is on dialysis 3 times a week.3. Dialysis is performed from 07.00 to 03.00 in five shifts, with 6-11 patients undergoing dialysis in one shift at a time.4. Number of dialysis patients: 85 people; number of patients transported for dialysis: on average 70 patients.5. Directions in which transports are carried out: the area and surroundings of the city of Ostrowiec witokrzyski in accordance with the provisions of No. 1 doswz - List of routes.6. In addition to the schedule, the ordering party envisages ordering approximately 100 km of other transports per month at the price offered by the Contractor. rate.
