10. Order.
10.1. The subject of the contract is the transport of disabled children, students and youth to schools and educational institutions in the period from 01/09/2025 to 31.08.2026.
10.2. The order of the contract includes the performance of, among others:
10.2.1. The commissioner orders and the contractor accepts for performance transport service related to the implementation of the obligation specified in art. 32 para. 6 and art. 39 paragraph 4 of the Act of December 14, 2016. Educational law (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2024, item 737, as amended), consisting in bringing disabled children, i.e. pupils, students and adolescents attending kindergartens, primary and secondary schools, including special schools and school and educational centers, residing in Warsaw in the district of Italy Warsaw (hereinafter: "Children" or "Child").
10.2.2. The service will include transport on the Dom -Szkoła -Dom route along with assurance Children care during all school days or revalidation and educational classes, in accordance with the calendar of the 2025/26 school year and the actions "Winter in the city", "Summer in the city".
10.2.3. In the case of electric vehicles, intended for the performance of the order, the contracting authority did not It allows them to be charged during the implementation of courses on the route: home -school or school -home.
10.2.4. The service will be covered by 30 children, in accordance with the attachment to the contract "price form", hereinafter referred to as "Annex 1 to the Agreement" ...
